Conservation Challenge Hike

4/7/2013

Weekly on Sunday,Monday

Memphis Botanic Garden map

Description:

Throughout the month, visitors can get active, spend time outdoors and learn about the environment at the same time.

Where does your drinking water come from? How is our electricity generated in Memphis? What endangered species live in our area?  Learn the answers to these and more through a series of educational stations placed along a 1-mile path through the Garden.

Once we understand our connectivity with the larger world, it’s easier to understand how choices we make every day can have an impact. Together your family will be challenged to take some simple steps you can take to make a difference.

This self-guided activity is free with Garden admission.
